Brandi Philipps
Hello!
My name is Brandi Philipps, and I have been teaching at Pamlico County High School since 2008. I graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a degree in History Education, and I finished my master's degree in 2013. I live in Beaufort County with my husband and two children, but my heart is in the Pamlico County school system.
