Ryder Perry and Phoenix Grant were recognized at the January School Board meeting held last night, Monday, January 9th as the Rotary Students of the Month!
Pamlico County Middle School is proud to have Ryder Perry as their Rotary Student of the Month.
Principal, Ms. Lansche says:
"Ryder is respectful of his peers and teachers. He has an amazing sense of humor and he is very motivated and driven to do well in his classwork. Ryder is a team player and he demonstrates good sportsmanship. He also demonstrates great leadership and never simply follows the crowd. You can find him doing the right thing, even if it is not the popular thing. We are beyond proud of this student leader at PCMS!"
Pamlico County High School Rotary Student of the Month is Phoenix Grant!
Ms. Holly Bradley says:
"I enthusiastically nominate Phoenix Grant for the Rotary Club Student of the Month! I've had the privilege to have Phoenix as my student during his time at Pamlico County High School. Throughout his high school career, Phoenix has continued to take on a challenging course load, including AP Art History and Honors Visual Arts. Phoenix is an active member of the Student Government Association and Beta Club. You may recognize Phoenix from his experience working in our community at The Bean, Piggly Wiggly , or more recently, Barcos. He is an outstanding student that has always been dependable, creative and a joy to know as a person. After graduation, Phoenix will attend Appalachian State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.
