Intro To Sound Design (Period 2nd/ 9:30A.M - 10:55A.M)

This class is broken up into 2 sections:

 

1st Section- Students will learn the basic fundamentals of DJ'ing; as well as, learn how to properly and safely set-up to DJ for a performance. 

 

2nd Section- Students will learn basic music software to be able to create their own music via computer; as well as, learn basic fundamentals of audio engineering nomenclature and mixing techniques. 

 

About me:

• I am a Pamlico County Native and graduated from PCHS in 2012
• I graduated with a B.A in Music with a concentration in sound recording technology from Elizabeth City State University in 2016.
• During my years at ECSU I participated in:
  • University Choir
  • University Marching band, “Sound of Class”- during my senior year I was selected to be apart as one of their four Drum Majors.
  • Recording and mixing for music majors and local musicians for their projects.
• During my spare time I also DJ/MC for Generations Mobile DJ Service’s
